Magical Christmas Experience

The magical experience begins with a letter from Santa (available at separate cost) which is posted, addressed to your child, prior to your booking.  The letter invites your child/ children to meet Santa at the North Pole.

Santa’s Elves will meet you on arrival on provide you with a passport and tokens for your magical journey through the North Pole.


Elves Workshop

You are then taken straight to the Elves Workshop where you will join Elf School and build your very own teddy bear to take home.

North Pole Post Office

Next is a visit to the North Pole Post Office to write your personal Christmas List for Santa.  Give it to the postmaster who will stamp it and send it off.

Elves Sweet Shop

There will be a trip to the Elves Sweet Shop where each child will receive a bag of sweets to enjoy on their journey.

Mrs Claus’ Kitchen

Join Mrs Claus in her kitchen for story time.  Whilst little ones are decorating their own Gingerbread Men, the adults can enjoy hot chocolate, mulled wine and mince pies.


Santa’s Stable

You will then get to visit Santa’s Stable and meet his Reindeer, Prancer & Dancer, followed by a cuddle with rabbits and guinea pigs.


Santa’s Grotto

Finally, you will meet Santa in his magical grotto where you can have a little chat and tell him what you would like for Christmas before each child is given a special gold coin.  The gold coins can then be used to spend in Santa’s Toy Shop to pick their own gift!

This truly is a wonderful experience, and is much more than a trip to see Santa.  This is a two hour magical experience that your child will never forget.

The Magical Christmas Experience only takes place at weekends so places are extremely limited.  Don’t miss out!
