It’s all things Lancashire at this special themed weekend celebrating the historic day when the county sent its first representatives to Parliament.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Enjoy a host of fun folksy events including traditional Morris dancing and home-made Lancastrian treats.

Local Lancashire breweries will be providing the liquid refreshments at both the Trackside and the Buffer Stops, and Moorhouses brewery will be making a specially brewed ale for the occasion, so watch this space.

For every two passengers wearing a red rose one passenger pays the full line adult fare, the second travels free. Red roses on sale in the booking hall at our retail shop.

Homemade Lancashire hot pot on sale in the Trackside.

Platform 3 buffet will also be selling Hot pot’s.

Friends of Real Lancashire will also be in attendance with a stall.

Dancing will commence formally from 12noon on both days then dancers will travel along the line stopping off at Ramsbottom.
