Calm & Confident Kids
Exams and SATs can be an extremely challenging and stressful time for children, young people – and parents! Whilst it’s normal for young people to have some worries, too much can have an impact on health. No matter how much we try to reassure our children, SATs testing can create anxiety, worry and stress. Stress which is left unaddressed can lead to disrupted sleep, anxiety, poor concentration, mood changes, affect confidence and negatively impact upon physical and mental health.
In Mind Therapies Positive Minds Programme offers children and young people essential tools and strategies to reduce stress, manage worries and overcome anxiety so they can feel calm, confident and achieve their potential!
These are 1-1 sessions and there are only 4 spaces available so booking is essential!
